Unigine prepara un nuovo benchmark per GPU

Si chiama Superposition il nuovo benchmark per schede video in sviluppo presso Unigine Corp. (la stessa azienda che ha realizzato i noti benchmark Unigine Heaven e Unigine Valley)

Il nuovo tool per l'analisi prestazionale / stress test sfrutterà il motore grafico Unigine 2.0 e supporterà anche il testing per i visori per la realtà virtuale Oculus Rift e HTC Vive. Unigine Corp non ha specificato il set completo di API supportate, probabilmente DX11/DX12 e OGL, ma sappiamo che inizialmente non è prevista nessuna compatibilità con Vulkan.

Il benchmark Superposition sarà disponibile in versione Free (sarà possibile selezionare solo i vari preset e modificare le impostazioni qualitative), Advanced (loop e test aggiuntiivi) e Professional (diverse modalità di rendering e un'analisi più dettagliata dei frame).

Al momento manca anche la data di rilascio ufficiale, si parla di un generico Q4 2016.
