Intel's capex is getting lower and lower

At the beginning of the year Intel is sunk to third place in capex ranking, after Samsung ($15 billions) and TSMC ($10.5 billions), with a capex of $10.5 billions.

 

 

During the 1st quarter Intel decreased its capex from $10.5 billions to $8.7 billions, and now it decreases again the capex from $8.7 billions to $7.7 billions.

On the other hand, it seems that TSMC and Samsung will not change their capex in the near future.
